I was getting same with my android phone - got asked to go to my applications then find raid open the folder and clear the cache by one of the support guys, once i did that it was all good not sure if this will help on iphone but worked instantly on reset for me

hello  and  hope  you  are  well?  I  hit  report on  everything  now  as  it  happens  more  than  a  lot!  

Main  issues  for  me  (now  after  uodate)  is  market  place  items  cause  crashes along  with  the  tournamnet  menu  and  events  menu  not  loading.  When  they  do  after  about  10-15  presses  the  game  closes  and  takes  you  to  the  home  screen.  

When  this  happens  there  isnt  an option  to  hit  send!  Only  when  the  game  crashes  during  a  pvp  match  or  ove  game  does  it  give  that  option.

my android tablet was easy - i dont own a iphone so not exactly sure sorry google may be your best friend to get there 

once in settings i click on apps

You will then need to go down to raid shadow legends - Now to get to clear cache i had to go into the storage folder

Once in the storage area bottom right hand corner is clear cache that removes items stored there, dont clear data or id say you ll have to run updates again lol

Wow!  Thanks  for  detailing  a  reply  and  taking  the  time  to  do  that.  On  the  iphone  i  found  the  ap  under  settings  and  tried  to  see  what  is  in  the  ap .  the  option  under  it  has  three  options  but  no  option  to  reset  the  cache.

Anyway.  I  will  wait  and  hope  the  next  update  is  more  stable .  

all good fingers crossed the next patch doesnt bring more bugs with it and fixes these other issues
