Noticed yesterday that Hotatsus passive will go on CD at the start of his turn but it skips him, as though the stun was left there and used up, if that makes any sense? Assuming his passive works similar to Skullcrushers (but of course not the same since SCs takes a turn off and Hotatsu is supposed to remove it) when it is SCs turn the stun is removed and he is allowed to take a turn, although his skills don't cycle. Hotatsu has the stun removed and it just skips to the next champion, but the passive goes on CD. I tried it several more times, as he was weak affinity to CB it was easy to make sure he was stun target, and every time it happened the same. I also made sure he didn't have any other debuffs that may have taken priority (even though his passive says stuns take priority.)
