Two problems doom tower (One blocking problem)

To begin with, I inform you that I am French and that my English is approximate.
I'm at the Doom Tower Frost Spider.
First problem:
During my previous battle, towards the end of the fight, the spider's life was frozen (life counter blocked). However, her life fell all the same without me being able to see her. So I killed her without being able to manage the burn skill, which is mandatory to defeat her. She therefore succeeded after a very long fight ...
Second problem:
I restarted a fight (to avoid the first problem, which I no longer had), and at the end of a long battle, I managed to kill her. I had an error while defeating it (see screenshot). I went back to the "Bastion", then to the Doom Tower, and found that she was not dead ....
This fight was very very long, it's very annoying to have lost so much time for nothing on 2 occasions ....
