I had a sacred shard and was holding it. Because of the sacred shard event happening I was going to open it. I held off because I remembered I could get a second sacred shard by completing the brutal campaign. I completed it tonight and when I went and check the other sacred shard wasn't there.

I have no new epic or legendary champions.

I tried clearing the cache.
