When using Deadly Catalyst ahainst foes with poison rebuffs, it is supposed to apply all poison debuffs on those opponents immediately. 

However, it will periodically not trigger those existing poisons, essentially doing no real damage. 

Is there a random element to the skill's mechanics or is this just bugged?
