Hi, I was trying to enchant a legendary perception helmet and it wouldn't hit +1 or higher.

*update* found out it was a visual bug, after reloading the game, it took forever to load into different modes, once it was loaded it, the characters turned purple and weird colors, the solution was to uninstall and reinstall.
