OS Version: 14.7.1

Step to replicate: 

1. Do Spider lvl 16,

2. Stack Poinson on all enemies

3. Use Zavia's A3 - Deadly Catalyst to detonate all poison. 

I have attached two photos. In the first one, you'll see Deadly Catalyst being used and in the second picture that the poison didn't detonate on the spider.
