I left my auto plays on overnight and there was apparently a server reboot or something becasue they did not all complete. Whne I woke up I had to reload RAID. I noticed that my energery was used up and I had all the artifacts from the Fire Knight runs but I did not have the points in the Fire Knight Tournament. I have ran the FK a few times today and it is no longer giving me Tournament Points.

I sent in a bug report but I haven't heard anything back.
