So I sent 2 tickets up, one was closed without a response and the other hasn't been replied to as of yet. 

The issue is I logged in today after leaving my game auto playing to get XP while I slept. Upon login, I accepted my nightmare CB rewards and went to attack CB for the first time this morning and my CB team was missing from the "Edit Team" screen. Upon closer inspection they were not in my champ section, vault or anywhere for that matter. 3 of them were also my Arena defence team, and that was replaced by a 2* random dwarf. 

That champs I am missing are:

Warlord, Sepulcher Sentinel, Skullcrusher, Frozen Banshee, and Elenaril. 

All of these champs were level 60, fully ascended, fully booked, and fully scrolled. I checked the artifact section to see if those came off or not too but all of their gear is missing as well. (All 5* lvl 16 gear from different sets). 

I need this to be fixed and am unsure what else I can do other than submit Bug reports that don't get responded to...
