Clan Members can’t check in!

After clicking clan then members the field is blank!
I cannot check in?
82/90 just short of a reward!
All member records seem to be lost.

Same here. Started yesterday. Tried reboots, reinstalls, leaving the clan and rejoining after reinstall... No luck. PC (NUC8i7) Win 10 Pro.

I am in plarium play. Same problem here. Hopefully Plarium will take immediate action. I am not able to manage members as there is no option to remove or approve players.

My entire family plays so I am not writing the um for all of us. The clan is Speedy, and we all use multiple android devices and 2 seperate computers. Not a single one of us (that are in my family) are able to view clan members or sign in.

Hi Harbby, I just login a few minutes ago. Plarium Play. Windows 10. And found that the problem is solved. Now I can check my clan members as usual and found that 4.40.2 version is just released. Thank you Plarium.

oh Harbby, just to add a few things.
The problem is partialy solved (Playing RSL on Plarium Play, Windows 10, UM20013256 | 19713817, Clan: IDN Force). Because:
1. my clan cannot participate in clan vs clan because of the insufficient recent clan activity point. The reported problem completely prevented us from checking in the clan for almost a week, so the clan activity point was not updated daily. So, I guess my clan has to wait for the next cycle of clan vs clan.
2. All of my clan member are still experiencing the issue.
3. Please double check ours and give us huuugee compensation.....Thank you Harbby and Plarium.
