upgrading problems
On some of my players when I try to upgrade an artifact it takes my silver coins indicates that it is upgraded but doesn't upgrade it.

Having the same issue right now. I hope you will refund the silver that was wasted.
This is a known bug, relaunching your game you should see your silver is back to where it should be. I see it all the time.
Here's a video of it happening on my wifes account.
