My equipment is gone.
This item was mine, dropped from dungeon.
But it no longer exist. I'm pretty sure i didn't sell it. Also looked every character.
it happened to me for the second time.

Your inventory is nowhere near 1000, so it couldnt have been destroyed since your inbox is full.
The only two other options are that you actually did accidentally sell it, or alternatively, accidentally equipped it on some random champion (you can use filter: equipped to see items equipped on your Champions)
