You're actually not losing silver. Just reload the game and you'll have your silver back, as your artifact at lvl 0.

If it's not so, please, send me your User ID via DM and I'll ask to check your case.

It just happenned again on another artefact and once again on the same 15th. level. I just lost another 0.5 million of silver.!!

What do yu mean : "as your artefact at LvL 0" ?? That problem happens always at 15to16th level of upgrade.

P.S. I must go offline now. I would like to see the problem fixed and reimbursement of at least 6 milion silver within 24 hours.

Well, the thing is ofc that people actually spend real money on the game. So when due to bugs they actually lose the value a reimbursment would only seem fair.

That said, I also encounter this bug quite often. Usually it seemed the artifact was not upgraded but the money was gone. I just had this issue and reloaded the game. But this time it seemed the artifact was indeed upgraded several times. Not sure about the money since I didnt instantly relog. Next time when this happends ill try to relog instant to check if the silver is indeed gone or just a visual bug. Tnx for the clarification.
