Title: Minaya does not apply Continous Heal buff on an ally when she weak hits

Device: Windows 10 - Plarium Play PC Version 4.10.1

WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

1. Use Minaya in Dragon 24 (Spirit Affinity) or use her to battle against Spirit Affinity.

2. Observe that when Minaya's A1 attack is a weak hit against Spirit affinity champion/boss, it does not apply Continuous Heal buff on an ally with the lowest HP.

Expected: Minaya Continous Heal buff should be applied on ally regardless of the hit type and should not be treated as a debuff that does not apply on an enemy if her A1 skill weak hits. 

Other Notes: Reinbeast who is a Force Affinity champion and having the same mechanics as Minaya is able to apply Continous Heal buff even though he weak hits. This also applies to other champions in the game with similar mechanics but Minaya being inconsistent.
