I also added text but apparently it isn't loading. Commenting here to address what I typed out.

I am playing from bluestacks and the original launcher doesn't have this issue. I don't play other games on bluestacks so I wouldn't know if this happens in other games as well.

As you can see in the images, I can enter normally and see everything but the moment I scroll, everything just vanishes and I can't actually play the game. To provide even further proof that it isn't just trying to troll staff I added an image where I'm supposedly able to upgrade the rank of Quargan but there are no champions to upgrade him at all, because I scrolled. Using my mouse or scroll wheel to scroll doesn't matter, they both make everything vanish.
