What I earned, what I lost: bugs and items sold

Hello there

Hope y'all are fine. I'm just here to report an annoying bug. It's not the first time, and that may lead me or anyone else to leave the game: not just becouse of the frustration, but for the lost of resources, leaving almost no way to proceed in the game.


-The bug:

03 May; PC version, Windows 10 (64bit). As I sold a large amount of items, I recieved an error message, I did not earn any silver coin, but my items disappeared for good (That's NOT a visual glitch, just I didn't recieve silver). 


-Background:

I left the game open all night long, then, when I woke up, I went to play. The first thing I did was trying to sell the items. I tried many times, as at first they didn't disappear, but when they did, I had no silver from the trade.


-What I did after:

I quit the game, I did log out from my account, then I log in again. Items did not reappeared. I repeated this x2. My items are still gone and so the silver.


-The consequences of the bug:

I lost more than 2 million of coins, all my sold items, all the energy I consumed to farm items, time, trust.


-The answer I got after reporting:

"This error message means that the game has not synchronized with the game server. Please restart the game. It will fix the issue." It didn't.


Hope to see this fixed (maybe with a better interaction design) or at least refunded. 

Also, I hope to get fair answers and not just the typical "restart the game" 😔

Sorry for the lack of screenshots, but I realised it was a bug after I took a look on the silver coins, half a second after I clicked on the SELL button for the last time and the items desappeared.

Had the same issue recently, submitted a bug report ~2 weeks ago and haven't heard back.. (Auto-email reply saying devs are looking into these occurances).

Sadly, I think it may not be in devs interests to fix this bug... or at least to refund us.

Also, before devs: if the technical support dude is supposed to reply with a "just restart the game ;)" then I see a big problem here.

Now thanks to Valdys maybe we'll find out how it ends 😁

Hope is hard to kill, keep waiting for news

UPDATE:

2 days have gone and I still miss my items and the gold I should have recieved after the trade. They say it's a visual bug lmao


Is it hard to admit this game can steal resourches for good?
