Missing Fragments
I am missing 20 of the Mordecai fragments. I completed all of the required events and tournaments and have even leveled up and ascended all other champions in the Brogni fusion event. Yet for some reason I am missing 20 fragments of Mordecai. Without those missing fragments being restored I cannot finish this event. Looking at the calendar of events the missing items are from one of three Events:
1. Summon Rush (April 23 - 26)
2. Champion Training Event (April 16 - 23)
3. Dungeon Divers Event I (April 18 - 22)
These are the only Events or Tournaments where Mordecai had 20 Fragments available. If you check the results from these events you will see that I completed all of the requirments and should have those fragments. Without them I will be unable to fuse Mordecai and also Underpriest Brogni. I have spent too much time and effort into completing this event only to be unable to receive the correct rewards due to a bug or issue or your end. I have also submitted a support ticket three times only to be told intially that it would be sent up to the devs and then to tell me the rules of how fusions work. I am aware of how the event works and just want resolution for this error. There are now only 3 days left to complete this event. At this point I am reaching out to all available outlets for assistance. Pleaes have this corrected as soon as possible.
