Psylar's AI is not functioning properly against the Fire Knight. Now obviously she uses her A3 Leaden Legs when the shield is still up. Fine, she's not cool enough to get the special treatment that Coldheart got. That's not the issue. The problem is that when the boss's shield is down, and he already has decrease speed debuff on him, she will not use A3 unless his turn meter is LESS than 25%. This makes no sense to me. Her A3 decreases the turn meter by 40%, so if she is programmed to not use her A3 off cooldown (which I would prefer), she should at least do it every time the turn meter is GREATER than 40%. This makes my runs very long and frustrating.

Steps to reproduce the problem. 

1. Use Psylar in Fire Knight.

2. Lower the shield, use A3 on the boss to place decrease speed.

3. Play on auto and watch that she will never use A3 again unless the boss has LESS than 25% turn meter.
