The Artifact enchancement quest is not updating when uprgading artifacs from lvl 12 to 16  i did 2 upgrades  one for a normal artifact other for a acessory Artifact  spent 1.5 mil and it did not update my standing in the quest for the new Lego Fragments . My impression is theres only 120 total fragments  and that quest offers 15  that will stop many of us from getting the new dwarf hero if not fixed quickly ? 

Please resolve this quickly the timer on this quest is unforgiving 

 I did another uprade that was not equpted and got 36 point . 

So below i decided to upgrade  star 5 from lvl 13  to lvl 14 took 7 attemps and silver to do it did not update 

I took a lvl 12 __5 star crit gear from 12 to 16 it was equiped it also did not update so i have stoped here  i cant keep burning silver to do more test anymore 

So what i can tell if its equiped it doesnt upgrade if it not it will .
