Title: Painkeeper heal is not triggering after receiving debuff from sorath

Device: Huawei P20 light

OS: EMUI 9.1.0

WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Go to Battle with sorath

Step 2: select team including painkeeper

Step 3: during battle with sorath PK will use a2 (Spectacular Seep), if pk get frozen debuff from spider the heal will not occur
