Enemy healing Glitch in Arena

- Fought in arena.
- Sometimes, enemy champs heal everytime I take a turn and when I attack them. I even checked their passive and ALL the masteries, there is no mastery or skill or passive that makes enemies heal when I take a turn. Take for example, Reliquary Tender. She heals when I start my turn, when I attack her and when she gets a turn. Every turn.
