Hello! I am having issues with Rugnor Goldgleam's A3 (Gleam of Avarice) not landing on targets quite often, he is fully booked so the tooltip reads that it should be 100% to place the debuffs. He is running 295 accuracy and he is not getting resists or weak hits. This is happening in Faction Wars 16-18 so far. It feels like wasted books in him if he doesn't land it 100%.
