I have seen this as well in both Android and PC versions of the game... it appears to NOT refresh the icons after you consume the brews and it keeps the old icons there even after they were consumed.  If you deslect the champion and then reselect it, the icons for the brews do in fact update correctly, it is only if you consume them by clicking the upgrade, the brews are removed but they appear to shift UP into the old color slots which makes the colors incorrect.
