On the PC when I go to the chapions list, there is a green pulsating box around my first champ. When I try to scroll down the list it keeps going back to the top, I can never get to the bottom of the list.
The scroll feature on my phone works fine , it is only doing it on the PC.
Same, but on more than one platform, PC, iOS phone can't scroll but it works ok on android via bluestacks

I'm having a similar issue. When going to the Shop and trying to click any tab below the top one it just instantly scrolls back up to the top. I tested my mouse and keyboard to see if they were the cause of the problem but they work fine everywhere else and aren't having issues. When selecting champions for a battle I can't use the filter because each time I click it it registers as a double-click or some even-numbered multi-click to where it opens and then instantly closes.
Same problem over here on multiple devices. Reloading or waiting a bit usually helps.
