Levelled a few artifacts for close to $2million and did not receive credit in the artifact enhancement event. I kept getting "having trouble" message as well. Just curious if anyone else is having issues??
Same. Multiple failed on level 8 i have spent at least 1mil on 3 l11 items to get to 12 refused to upgrade. Im new but it gives me error reports and i can't log the reports the game greys out the sent button. I have refused to upgrade as i am loosing sooooooo much on upgrades
Yes had the same issue on many occasions. Wasted 10 of millions of silver due to this bug as it seems to happen on the higher levels (14,15). It consumes a good few million silver before the error message pops up to say there is an issue. By which time im out of silver havent leveled one to lvl16 and im back to farming silver again. Extremely frustrating when silver is such short supply
just spent about $200,000 trying to upgrade an arty and got nothing. :(
