I  did  everything  asked ,  still  stucked  1/4,  upgraded  the  artifacts,  on  multiple  champions,  no  changes,  can  please  tell  me  what  i  am  doing  wrong  or  fix  the  game,  or  there  is  a  way  how  to  move  on.

i  see  a  lot  of  peoples  have  the  same  problem,  did  all  the  suggestion  solution,  still  nothing.  Help  please.
