I convience my friend to joined the game. I send him the refferal link. He click on it and download the game. But the game didn't gave me the referral link program. How can i have the referral link for my friend.

In my experiuence, for you to get the referral credit your friend has to use your referral link and then from that web page create a new player account and then that player account is the one that can give you referral bonuses. That seems to be fine even if they had already installed the game.
It does seem pretty messed up (almost deceitful) that the referral link brings you to a page that most obviously asks you to install the game, and if you install the game and create a player account from within the game then no referral bonuses accrue for either player. Plarium should have a big warning on that referral webpage about the process needed to make the referral work.
