Hi, as title says, I have noticed that A2 of SteelSkull (Cleansing spell) is not working as intended.

First it tries to heal, and then remove debuffs.

As descriptions says: Removes all debuffs from a target ally, then heals them by 40%. 

It has happened to me that if target has Heal reduction debuff, it removes it but heal for amount of 0 (and this happens due SteelSkull is healing first, and debuffing later)
