First, sorry if I misspell some words, I'm french but I hope I can be explicit in this demand.

Here my problem, when I play Rhazin Scarhide in the team Arena and I use his Bog Down Skill, the yellow gauge of all ennemies is drained and half a second later they are back to normal. (I play him in the Second Round)

It's not the ennemies speed who does that, it's their respective gauge who came back at what they were before the attack because it can came back at 95% without any of my champions having the time to play...

Is it normal ? Did I not understand the Bog Down Skill ?
