Her A2 (Neck Snapper) description says "This Turn Meter decrease cannot be resisted" but in Faction Wars 21, when attacking NOT under a veil, it only works intermittently.  It doesn't say "resisted" when it doesn't work, it just fails.  Incredibly frustrating because the stage is hard enough.
