I just purchased a set of Epic speed gear. The weapon, helmet, and shield came with the usual main attribute, but the boots didn't come with "Speed." You guys surely must know that everyone in the world strongly recommends equipping champions only with speed boots. To spend $25 for an artifact set and get a useless artifact makes me feel like I was cheated. I've spent too much money on this game for something like this to happen. I know your terms specify no refunds, but I would like a set of "speed" boots for my speed set.
