The problem I've encountered is that the Novice Tournament is bugged for me, it ended like two days ago and it's still there. I got all the rewards I worked to get but the thing is that I don't get any new tournaments or events.
I'm using the PC version and I started playing 4 days ago, more or less. Is this normal or is this an actual issue? I'll show you the screenshots of what I see.

I am having the exact same Issue.
I started the account 5 days ago, ranked 2nd in the tournament which ended days ago, but am not seeing any new tournaments and I am not seeing any notification of the CvC which started today.

Unfortunately this is commonplace for novice tournaments lingering and new tournaments not populating for brand new accounts. Sorry for the inconvenience.

send support an email if you can, hopefully they can take a look at it for you.
im getting the problem now and i have 2 other accounts that are fine, how about stop updating packs and sort these bugs out
