I am using the PC version of RAID, and it has happened again. This is a recent occurrence, becoming more common. And apparently others are loosing keys too. I suggest Plarium look into this.

I am running RSL on a fully updated 2018 128GB iPad, and just lost my 3rd key in recent weeks, due to a crash during a clan boss battle. FWLIW, I just reached my 150th day milestone, and have generally been enjoying the game, but have found the pc app to be basically unusable, and the iOS app has become much more bug-ridden recently with the clan boss battle crashes, and crashes occurring when trying to check tournament status. I have contacted Plarium support before, and received no response.
I guess I shouldn’t be surprised to see the posts here dismissed so quickly by moderators.
I am a former support tech and software tester, and often find myself just shaking my head at much of the interaction on the forums and on Plarium’s Discord server.

Same issues on Plarium Play (PC) version. I play about 12 hours per day (background mode), RSL crush about 1 or 2 times per day. Clan boss is the prefered place to crush by game. I lost 1 key today, and 2 keys yesterday.
RSL crushes are not new, RSL crashes before last update, but after last update RSL start crushing at clan boss fight.
What specs are you need?
OS: Windows 10 Pro 2004 version with all latest updates.
Video: Radeon R9 290 with lates WHQL drivers.
