Using Frozen Banshee with Rhazin in Nightmare, Brutal, and Hard CB the Weaken debuff does not increase the damage of poisons or poison sensitivity debuffs.  Previously they had but with the new update it seems they are not.  With and without the Weaken debuff the poison ticks for the same amount.
