1.Altan A2 after killing effect sometimes it doesn't proc a shield if it land glancing hit but kill is kill as its description.
2.Daze set (30% Sleep) can be resist althogh it cannot raise sleep % by masteries or Acc so what a waste of this Daze set.
1. Can you provide a video of this happening? Weren't there any Block Buffs debuff on your team?
2. Which champion have you tried this with? The Resist pop-ups were most likely for the skill's effect you were using; not the Daze set.Lxzy said:

1. This has been confirmed to be a bug. Altan's A2 does not activate a shield if Warmaster is triggered. This will be fixed.
2. Resist pop-ups still appear even when A1 effect is not meant to be taking effect (e.g. Rhazin's A1 sometimes displays "Resisted" even when target doesn't have buffs to be removed. In your case, Skartorsis' A1 is trying to steal buffs, but that attempt was resisted anyway. Therefore, the resist pop-ups are not from the Daze effect getting resisted, but for Skartorsis' A1.
