I'm having a issue concerning the clan boss, we have defeated the boss, I have spend 1 key on him and have done enough damage to get a reward, but I do not have any reward.

When playing the clan boss on easy I have managed to complete enough damage to complete the first 2 novice chests and adept chest on 3 separate occasions albeit the clan boss was not defeated. however, i have not been able to claim the rewards chest within the rewards section. Can someone advise please? I have completed this several times now and received no rewards whatsoever from the clan boss reward section.
