Went through and upgraded her, following several YouTube guides. First few times I used her was amazed. Last night she stopped proc'ing poison sensitivity when using a3. This was on auto and manual. Debuff was not being resisted, just not activating at all.

I asked about this bunch of people and nobody had problem with her. Check carefully if CB doesn't have already 10 debuffs on himself - Otherwise you can't put another.

I can confirm too,  I had less than even 5 debuffs on boss, accuracy is over 330 and poison sensitivity has not been landed

I've had a similar issue with Frozen Banshee only her poison isn't being applied or resisted. I've got her A1 fully booked which should mean a 100% chance to apply except it's not and it happens in CB, and dragon were the two places I noticed. Neither boss had more than 1-2 debuffs at the time. It works normally a couple times then just stops being applied. It's not resisted or blocked she just does damage twice and that's it.

The poison from her A1 can only apply if the target is already under Poison Sensitivity. So that may be the issue there.

And to the original author:

The Poison sensitivity has "only" 45% chance of being applied. So maybe you are just in bad graces with RNGesus.

The only way that makes this possible is weak hit otherwise it must have shown 'resisted'.

It would be great if any of you could record a video or at least screenshot here for a clearer picture of what actually took place.
