cant collect the amazon prime rewards,keeps saying check connection which in fact is fine couldnt play if that were the case,i am an amazon prime member and have ben for a few years,i have a plarium id and all that yet cant collect the rewards so not sure whats going in here.my game id is um34697333 | 34094520 game name is xreaperx22,please fix this issue thanks!
