I too am having the same issue. I've ascended all 13 factions at least 2 times each but the only about one of 3 have counted and now its stuck at 8. I've blown through dozens of potions which can cost lots of real.world cash. These bugs make me wanna quit Raid and find somewhere else to spend my money

same here, you are not able to provide normal service even for money, count this shitty task to us without any explanation better and compensate for such treatment of customers.

Same here I am stuck at 10/13 perfect a hero of each faction even tho I did. Can you fix it please?
