Installed the new update and everything worked. Thank you Plarium!
***********************Same here, ascended 1 champion from each faction, now done it twice and I am stuck on 9/13. Wasted a lot of potions.

Same. 12/13. Very aggravating.
Support? Can we see this fixed and perhaps not so many bugs in the future?
Beginning to feel like I'd be better off spending elsewhere.

I have done this and only got 11 on my one account. My wife has done the ascend on her game and it only shows 6 and she wrote them down and tracked them.

Similar: finished all 13 but only credited for 3 - used an Uncommon Banner Lord the first time, and now a Rare to test it ... still not credited, only showing 3 again

Glad to see I'm not the only one this is happening to. In game support does not help. I've ascended all factions at least three times and I'm stuck at 12 out of 13

I ascended all 13 needed and only received credit for 2. Tried to contact support in game and it was loading for over an hour. How do I get to someone from support to report a issue?

I have gone through each Faction 2 times as well in case I had missed one and this weekly will not complete! This is ridiculous what a waste of my potions half of them didn’t need to be ascended. As well I can’t report it because my ingame support is still broken! Fix this ASAP! Another error seems to be occurring for my Clan mates with the Kill the boss minions.

I did complete all the faction ascensions and was only credited for 7. I do not know which ones were credited. My guy is also having this issue. After finding out mine were not credited we made a list for him of what worked. He was only credited with 3 out of 8 so we stopped trying.

Same here, ended 12 of 13. I am certain I ascended all 13 though. Please fix! And give everyone this weekly challenge!
