I am playing on an iPhone XR, I spent several xp mugs leveling and he hero to level 20. After doing so I began to level up the artifacts attached to the hero and the game froze with a message saying the server was experiencing some issues and I had to relog. Upon coming back from the relog my hero lost all levels back to level one and all my xp mugs are gone.
