I use Kallia for Clan Boss Brutal. Lately her HP Burn debuff disappear sometimes when hit Clan Boss. It is not resisted, there's no infernal resilience writing, just puff gone. Like it's never there.

I also experience champion stat went up and down since last few months. I can lost up to 2k HP, for example. I am not going up and down arena tier so nothing should effect their stat right. Just wonder if this is a bug? Can you help fix it? Thanks.
