It won't keep going with the rest of the multi-battles. This is really annoying and has been happening for about the last 3-4 days. Please fix it soon if you have the chance/time!

Yes, but I have battled with these champs all at max level before and I have still had multi-battles with them. Is the multi-battle supposed to stop if they are all max level? 

Just multi-battled with a team in which not all were max level. It worked fine. I guess this wasn't an issue of a bug, it was just an issue of my ignorance that one of my champs had finally hit max level. Thanks for the help, sorry for wasting your time!
