I just pulled septimus and was excited as he is my first champion with an ability that does damage off max hp. I just found out he will not use this ability on auto ever given the current state of the AI and now I cannot use him to beat spiders 20. is this issue going to be adressed becaue I see bug reports for several months regarding this issue.
