I was given a promo code to celebrate my first month in the game, and it was immediately invalid and locked me out of promo code attempts despite information available on codes saying 5 attempts are allowed in 1 hour. This is on top of several push notifications promising gifts that never seem to materialize. I've probably spent about 100 bucks on this game on a couple passes and a few weekly energy packs, so being baited and stiffed by a game I'm monetarily supporting is incredibly frustrating.
