No matter what code I enter (valid or completely random), I only see the message:

"Processing your Promo Code. Please check your in-game Inbox soon."

The message stays for about 2 seconds and then disappears. Nothing is delivered to my Inbox, and I don't receive any error message.

I have tested:

• 
  Redeeming through the official website.

• 
  Redeeming directly in-game.
• 
  Restarting the game.
• 
  Waiting for the Inbox to update. 

Device: Laptop with windows 11 is the device i have tried to redeem the code both ingame, and in the browser.

EDIT: Also Tournaments are not showing up - still have the beginner one, where it states that its over - but have done that for 24h or so.- so ill be missing out on champ fragments it seems like :(
