Talenna's a1 reads: Instantly activates all poison debuffs on the target, if the target has any of their skills on cooldown. 

Narma's a2 reads: Then instantly activates all poison debuffs on all enemies.

But these 2 behave differently. Narma's a2 accurately activates all poisons but talenna's a1 just activates 1 stack of poisons.

Talennas a3 also looks questionable not really reducing the duration of enemy's buffs in some cases, so she needs to be fixed
