Amazon Prime Log in for Rewards stuck in loop.

When i Log into the App i get this log in screen for the Amazon link.

Then i click the log in with amazon button, already having logged in this page appears:

After clicking Allow the Raid app pops back up and restarts. From there i go back into the Amazon section to collect on Galek and it tells me to sign in again. It is a never ending loop.

Here are screenshots to show i have prime and i gave Raid the permission to see my Prime Status.

I have prime video but when I log in it says I don't have prime.

Ok so i downloaded the Amazon app and logged in through it. When i went back into Raid i "relogged into amazon" and it actually went through this time and allowed me to collect Galek now. So download the Amazon app and make sure  your logged in there and try to start it again. It only took once and worked. So try that my fellow peeps having issues.

My issue is that I accepted Rare Golek, but I never received him.  It says collected, but he isn’t in my character roster

 I signed up for the Amazon Prime and got stuck in a loop type situation and cannot deal with whatever is going on the only reason I signed up was for the collection of character

I have this same issue. I have prime video but popup says I don't.

Same here. Have the membership, can see the Prime Video subscription in my Amazon app, but Raid says I don't have that.

Hello. I also had the same issue and was finally able to resolve it by downloading the Amazon app and signing in there first before going in-game to login. My question is how can I get Galek now that he's no longer available? He was available for hours while I was trying to resolve the issue and now that I fixed it, I can't claim him. I also took a screenshot of my Prime Account showing I allowed access to Plarium on 29 December. I submitted two separate tickets in-game but have yet to hear back. Please help.

I think I saw you in one of Chosen's YouTube videos recently.

Anyways, my issue occurred before the deadline and I still have not received any reply to the support tickets I made in-game at that time. I ended up resolving the issue on my own. Nowhere does it say you need the Amazon App on your phone in order for the game to connect to your account.


Would you please look into this further and see if they can send me the Galek I was supposed to get since this issue occurred while he was available for me to collect?
