Hi, not sure how I'd show evidence for this but, Nehkret the Great has the passive ability Arise my Minions that targets the ally with the lowest max hp at the start of every round giving several buffs for 3 turns and a buff for 6 turns. However it's just not triggering, every turn every round he never applies it
