Title: Yncensa Grail-bearer staff glitches.

WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions;

Step 2: select Sylvan Watchers, and find Yncensa Grail-bearer hero;

Step 3: Check the hero animation for some time (at least 1 min);

Description:

The staff of the hero Yncensa Grail-bearer makes weird moves in the animation. It is disrupting, please, fix it.
